We have published the report dated 12th June 2015 as the report review panel have concluded that, on the balance of evidence, it is likely to represent an accurate reflection of the services offered. We at WYSG would like to point out that we do not condone unprotected penetrative sexual activity as clearly there will be health risks both both parties. We note the author mentions that he was tested more or less straight away after the encounter. It is a fact that certain sexually transmitted diseases can take weeks and months to show, the test for HIV for example involves measuring the levels and types of antibodies to the virus, and these take time to appear, it may take up to three months after the exposure for the test to turn positive. Negative testing up that point may well be misleadingly negative. We would advise anyone in this industry to proceed with caution and follow advice from a healthcare professional.
