Decent massage but upselling of extras off putting

I needed a good massage as I was suffering with stiff calves and knees. I called and booked an hour with the lady who answered phone had who spoke poor English. I have been to this place before and so I asked if the lady with the large rose tattoo was working - I got a "yes" answer, but I think it was just to get the custom.
I arrived on time and was shown to a typical clean massage room. I was asked to pay up front a total of £40 for the massage. We discussed extras and I was quoted £20 for hand relief, £40 for topless hand relief and £60 for body-to-body massage. My previous visit was only £40 for body-to-body massage and so I opted for hand relief.
The massage was very good - she hit the tight muscles with hard pressure and tiger balm.
She washed her hands before doing the oil massage of my back with lots of sexy swipes of my crack and sack.
It was turn over time and she did some more good work on leg muscles. During the last ten minutes she oiled up my old man for a good hand job and balls massage. I tried touching her, but I was told that it would cost more to touch.
After a clean up, she did a final stretch and crack of my back before offering me a shower. My legs definitely felt better after.
Overall, the massage was good and I would go for another one - but I just found the money side of the extras and the constant up selling off putting.
