Functional happy ending but I felt short changed

Ubon Thai are on York Road into Leeds in what is technically Osmondthorpe on the opposite side of the road to Harehills. They advertise a lot Vivastreet with lots of pictures of hot Thai girls but the number on all the adverts is the same.
I enjoy a good massage and generally book for an hour at £40 and see what happens. The massage I received was average and after half an hour or so came the usual up-sell and I elected for happy ending for an additional £20, or so I thought. The happy ending was competent but functional but at the end she told me it was an extra £30. I could not be bothered to argue paid up and left.
All in all the whole experience was under 45 minutes which always annoys me. You pay for an hours massage anyway and still end up significantly short on time after agreeing to pay extras. I have been a few times, with large gaps so should know better.
