Very disappointing session - sevices rushed and not as advertised

I have visited Simply Siam Thai Spa a few times before and always had a good time, so I thought it was time I got round to reviewing this place - unfortunately this session did not quite live up to previous visits.
For those unfamiliar, Simply Siam is close to the centre of Harrogate, at the lower end of station parade, on a fairly busy street with a nice shop front and it is immaculately done out inside, with nice rooms. One negative here is a restaurant directly opposite, with diners sat in the window who can see you coming and going, which may bother some people who do not wish to be seen.
I fancied a massage and booked in at short notice for a same day appointment. On arrival I chose the aromatherapy option and paid the boss lady (who I have met before and whom also does massages) the £48 for a one hour Aromatherapy massage (which costs a few quid more than a regular massage). She then ushered me into a nicely appointed room and asked me to undress before leaving, having been here before I know the score and so stripped off completely and laid face down on the table. A few minutes passed before my masseuse entered, I asked her name and she called herself Jane, she was reasonably attractive without being a stunner. She was aged around 30, 5ft 4in, probably size 12 and she was dressed in black leggings and black top.
On with the massage and it was OK quality, she was obviously trained but I have experienced better. There were no Aromatherapy oils applied at this stage - I assumed this would happen later in the massage perhaps but after around twenty minutes the massage became more sensual with attention to the crack of my arse and balls, she then whispered "you want massage here?". I was quoted an extra £30 for a hand job, or £50 for topless relief, or £80 for body-to-body - I chose the £30 option.
I turned over and she asked for the £30 up front before proceeding with one of the most vigorous hand jobs I have ever experienced, to the point that it was more painful than arousing, I had to ask her to be more gentle before I eventually blew my load. She then quickly cleaned me up and disappeared, I glanced at the clock on the wall and noticed I was only thirty minutes into my session. I assumed she would return and fill the rest of my time in with more massage, but after a few minutes she returned and made it clear the massage was over. So I got dressed and left, noticing another punter sat in reception and the madam deep in conversation on the phone arranging another booking on my way out, I had been on the premises for precisely forty minutes.
So, in short, I paid for a one hour massage and received little more than thirty minutes. I paid for Aromatherapy and did not receive any and the happy ending was rushed / not very good. I paid a total of £78 for forty minutes on the premises and left feeling ripped off. Previous visits here were very good but on this occasion I got the feeling they just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible, and the upselling of extras was comparatively expensive. The shop seemed busy, and maybe this can be put down as a one off, but with other shops to choose from in town I am in two minds if I will return.
