Great massage and happy ending - good value for money

Having read recent reports on this place, I thought I would give another try. I'm sure that it has changed hands over the years as the last time that I visited - just after the pandemic - it was totally legitimate...and disappointing. However, recent reports suggested otherwise.
The facilities are a big plus - they are clean and presentable. Rose a well presented lady petite in stature and approximately 35 years old with average sized natural boobs. She has some ink, but it is not in your face. I've indicated Rose's age as 35 - but I'm not sure on such things, but she is quite attractive and very understanding. She has apparently worked in China Town, Manchester, previously.
The massage with Rose was excellent - it was a good, firm massage and included stretching, cracking of the joints, working out of all the knots and ticking all of the boxes without any indication of extras. Initially, I was covered with a towel. I had suggested that I didn't need the towel and so Rose removed it.
On the turn, a small, dry towel was placed over my bits. Not long after the turn, I was asked if extras were required. I was told that a hand job was £30 - which is £10 more than the average. However, I agreed to it and it was an extra £10 well spent. Rose delivered a no rush hand job which was seriously as good a hand job in a Thai massage as I've had - and equally as good as the massage. The hand job was slow and sensual, working my balls and scrotum in a very experienced way until I climaxed.
All in all, this place is more expensive than the run of the mill places, but I consider it significantly better and in my opinion it offers good value for money.
