Average massage and hand relief - I probably won't return

I arrived on Saturday without having booked an appointment. On arrival there was quite a bit of chatter between the lady who performed the massage and the owner or manager about the fact I hadn't booked. I was asked to fill in a sheet with my personal details which I filled with false details. I was then asked to phone the shop to confirm my phone number. I was not happy about this and wish I had left at this point, but I did as asked. I was happy to receive a text later on from "Lilly" confirming my booking.
I was taken to a small but comfortable massage room and told to undress. I kept my boxers on and waited for 15 minutes until the lady arrived. Again I felt uncomfortable and was thinking of just leaving, although I had paid £30 for a 30 minute massage at this point.
The lady arrived who I thought was quite attractive and commenced an average massage. Within 10 minutes this had progressed to my buttocks and a couple of reach-unders took place. She was probably aged in her early 40s, had a slimmish figure and I thought she was quite attractive. The massage was an oil one and commenced on my back. It was moderate pressure and this progressed down my back towards my buttocks. At this point there were a couple of cheeky reach-unders and I lifted my hips to show that they were appreciated. There was no massaging of my legs and I was then invited to roll over.
At this point I was asked what services I wanted. I asked how much they were and the lady responded by asking how much money I had with me. I declined to answer and we agreed on £40 for a happy ending hand job which I thought was expensive. I was expecting to pay £30 and I understood the extra £10 would include the lady removing her top, however this didn't happen. The hand job was average at best, lots of oil and speed to achieve the end result and not much else.
Would I return here? Probably not as I felt there was a lot of asking for my details and it felt like the massage was not great and felt rushed.
